🔹 Notice on “Leakage” Concerns

Dear Artillery M1pro users:

We would like to address recent discussions regarding “electric leakage” reported by some users of the M1 Pro.

First and foremost:

The M1 Pro 3D printer does not leak 220V electricity. In certain cases, users may perceive a light induced current from the heated bed. This phenomenon is common in electronic equipment, does not compromise safety, and poses no risk of electric shock.

🔍 Test Results & Certification

  • Multiple in-house tests confirmed there is no 220V leakage.
  • The M1 Pro has passed CE safety certification (see attached report screenshot).

⚙️ Cause & Improvements

  • The phenomenon is caused by induced current from the heated bed.
  • A small portion of early production batches may show this effect.
  • Subsequent production batches have been optimized to reduce or eliminate this issue.
